Almond Oil

Almonds have the highest concentration of Vitamin E to nourish the scalp and keep the hair soft.

 

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Amla has the highest concentration of Vitamin C. Helps stimulate scalp. In addition, it helps darken the hair color compatible with natural color of Indian hair. It does not lighten up hair as the lime or lemon juice.

 

Beer

Flat beer with hops. Beer has a very high concentration of Silica (Nutrient for hair). Thickens and shines hair. Use as a rinse.

 

Black tea

Black tea is made and reduced over stove top. A concoction of concentrated tea, Amla powder, Cinnamon, Cloves and Henna or Indigo is used to darken hair. This natural dye does not harm the hair, it only puts a transparent coat on the exterior of the hair.

Lemon/Lime Juice

Used to clean to clean oily hair. Lightens the hair color.

 

Mustard Oil

This has sulfur (needed for dandruff control), and omega 3 fatty acid for thicker and softer hair.

 

Tomato Juice

High in B vitamins, and Vitamin C. Nutrient for hair
