Dry Hair treatments
Treatments are applied overnight.
In the olden days, Mustard oil and Coconut oils were used to massage the scalp. Both these oils are high in omega 3 fatty acids and do help nourish hair. Mustard oil is high in sulfur. Sulfur dries out the scalp in the long run and should not be used on dry hair. A a combination of coconut oil and almond oil is more suitable. Almond oil provides Vitamin E, and Coconut oil provides omega 3. Together they help, leave the hair softer. Massage the scalp with these oils at night and leave the oils while going to sleep. In the morning, use a very mild shampoo to wash and rinse thoroughly with plain water.
