Castile Herbal shampoo RecipeUse Castle soap bar, or Liquid Castile Soap. Other ingredients are Neem oil, Almond oil, Gotu Kola Extract, and colorant
Ingredients1. Liquid Castile unscented soap: ¾ Cup Or Grated Solid unscented Castile Soap bar: 2 Tablespoons 2. Colorant: 1 Cup 3. Neem oil: 1 teaspoon 4. Sweet Almond oil: 1 teaspoon 5. Gotu Kola Extract: ¼ teaspoon
Method1. Put all ingredients in a food processor. Process in 'pulse mode' till mixed. Dry soap will take longer to make a smooth paste. 2. Transfer contents to a shampoo plastic bottle. Let the shampoo age for about 24 hours.
Making Colorant1. Water: 2 Cups 2. Amla powder: 2 teaspoon 3. Black tea leaves: 1 teaspoon 4. Cinnamon sticks 3" long: 2, broken into ¼" pieces 5. Cloves: 12 Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Steep covered over low heat for 20 to 40 minutes. Strain. |
