What will be the eye color of my baby?

If both parents are of Indian origin, it can be safely assumed that they have brown eyes

Most likely, the parents have no recessive genes for eye color, and only contain the brown eye color which is a dominant gene. Even if there was recessive, it would be a shade of brown color. The child will express brown color.

If one parent is of Indian origin (brown eyes), and the other parent has the blue eyes or other recessive genes, the baby will still have brown eyes. The Indian parent will brown as a dominant gene, and no recessive gene.. The baby will express Brown dominant gene,  and inherit Blue eye color gene as recessive.

The recessive genes are expressed when the parents have have no dominant gene but share a common recessive gene.
