Slim down Iced tea Recipe

 

Ingredients

1. Water: 6 Cups

2. Cloves: 4

3. Cinnamon stick (3" long): 3

4. Fresh ginger: ½" thinly sliced

5. Black or Green tea bags: 4

6. Unsweetened lo cal cranberry juice: 1 cup

7. Splenda : 5 packets

 

Method

1. Heat water in a pot to near boil. Add teabags, milk, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger. Turn down heat.  Simmer on a very low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Strain. Add cranberry juice and Splenda. Let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate about 2 hours.

3. Serve over ice.
