Slim down Garam Chai (hot spiced tea latte) Recipe

Garam Chai made with fat-free milk, Splenda, Black tea bags, ginger and spices to help in lose weight

Ingredients

1. Fat free milk: 4 Cups

2. Cloves: 2

3. Cinnamon stick (3" long): 1

4. Yellow cardamom seeds (cracked open): 6

5. Fresh ginger: ½" thinly sliced

6. Black or Green tea bags: 3

7. Splenda : 3 packets

 

Method

1. Add milk, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, and ginger. Bring water it a boil. Turn down heat. Simmer on a very low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Add tea bags. Wait till you have desirable tea consistency.

3. Strain. Stir in Splenda.
