Slim down Cinnamon tea Recipe

This is an excellent beverage for weight loss. Cinnamon Cloves mimic insulin. Green tea is Thermogenic increasing metabolism

 

Ingredients

1. Water: 4 Cups

2. Cloves: 2

3. Cinnamon stick (3" long): 1

4. Green tea bags: 3

5. Slice of lemon

 

Method

1. Bring water with cloves and cinnamon to a boil. Turn down heat. Simmer on a very low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Add tea bags. Wait till you have desirable tea consistency.

3. Strain and serve with slice of lemon.
