Low-fat Whole-wheat Roti Chips RecipeLow-fat wheat crackers made of whole-grain whole-wheat Roti (Indian flat bread) Ingredients1. Whole wheat Roti: 6, each 6" diameter 2. Water: 1 Cup Dry Spice Mix3. Sea Salt to taste: ¼ teaspoon 5. Degi Mirch (Paprika): ¼ teaspoon 6. Garlic powder: ¼ teaspoon Method1. Preheat the oven to 450º F. 2. Dip each Roti quickly in water. This helps to make chips crispier. 3. Make a stack of all the Roti. Cut the stack into 8 triangles. 2. Coat a cookie sheet with non stick Canola oil cooking spray . 3. Spread Roti chips out in on the cookie sheet in a single layer. 4. Mix dry spice mix. Sprinkle over the chips. 5. Bake in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until crisp.
