Lo fat Tuna (Canned) Curry Recipe
Ingredients1. Tuna can (6oz): 1 drained 2. Canola oil: 2 teaspoons 3. Red Onions: ¼ cup, Finely chopped 4. Fenugreek seeds: ¼ teaspoon 5. Garlic clove: 1, Peeled minced 6. Sea Salt: ¼ teaspoon or less to taste 7. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon 8. Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon 9. Fat free Yogurt: 1 Cup
Method1. In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil. Add onions. Sauté till onions start turning brown. 2. Add Fenugreek seeds. Sauté about one minute 3. Add and garlic, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Sauté about 30 seconds. 4. Stir in Tuna and yogurt. Heat till the dish is warmed though about 2 minutes. |
