Lo fat Salmon fillet Curried Baked Recipe

Ingredients

1. Skinless boneless Salmon Fillet: 1½ Pounds
2. Fat free Yogurt: ½ Cup

3. Non stick Cooking spray

Dry Spice Rub

4. Cumin powder: ½ Tablespoon
5. Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
6. Cayenne powder: ½  Tablespoon to taste
7. Ground Black Pepper: ½  Tablespoon

8. Ginger powder: ½  teaspoon

9. Fenugreek seed powder: ¼ teaspoon
10. Sea Salt: 1 Tablespoon to taste
11. Turmeric Powder: ½  teaspoon

12. Citric acid: ¼ teaspoon

Method

1. Mix Dry rub

2. Baste salmon lightly with yogurt. Apply dry rub. Turn over baste with yogurt and apply rub

3. Baste a cookie pan with non stick cooking spray.

4. Put Salmon in the cookie pan.

5. Pre-heat oven to 450º F. Bake for about 10 minutes. Turn over the Salmon, bake another 10 minutes or till done.
