Low fat Chickpea nuts RecipeThese are spiced up crunchy whole chickpeas eaten as nuts for snack. Good for weight-loss program
Ingredients1. Canned Chickpeas: 2 Cups 2. Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Dry Spice Mix3. Sea Salt to taste: ¼ teaspoon 5. Garlic powder: ¼ teaspoon
Method1. Drain and rinse the Garbanzo beans in a colander. Soak away as much moisture as possible with paper towels. 2. Coat a cookie sheet with l non stick Canola oil cooking spray . 3. Spread beans out in on the cookie sheet in a single layer. 4. Apply a light layer of oil with non stick Canola oil cooking spray . 6. Shut off the oven. 7. Mix dry spice mix. Sprinkle over beans while bean are still hot. 8. Let the beans cool
