Lo fat Chicken and Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1. Poached and De-fatted Chicken : 3 Cups Cubed about ½" to ¾"

2. Peach: 1 Large Sliced

3. Raspberries: 1 Cup

4. Almonds sliced: 2 Tablespoons

5. Low fat Yogurt Mint Dressing : ½ cup

6. Romaine Lettuce leafs: 3

 

Method

1. Combine Chicken, fruits and nuts in a bowl.

2. Pour dressing. Toss.

3. Serve on Lettuce leafs.

 

 

Yield: 1 serving

Chicken Fish 3 oz

Fruits: 2 Cups
