Lo Cal Brownies Recipe
Ingredients1. All purpose flour: ¾ Cup 2. Baking powder: 1 teaspoon 3. Salt : ¼ teaspoon 4. Splenda granular: 1 Cup 5. Unsweetened Cocoa powder: ½ cup 6. Semi sweet chocolate chips: ¼ Cup 7. Applesauce: ½ Cup 8. Eggs: 2 Large eggs, or 3 egg whites 9. Canola oil: 2 Tablespoons 10. Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Method1. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients 1 through 6. 2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix Eggs, Apple sauce, Canola oil vanilla extract. Whisk 3. Add wet mix to dry mix to make batter. 4. Grease a 8" baking pan with Cooking oil spray. Pour batter into baking pan. 5. Preheat oven to 350º F. Bake for 20 minutes or till the top springs back. 6. Turn off oven. Remove the baking pan from the oven. Let it cool to room temperature. Cut into 16 squares.
