Ayurvedic Peppermint and Cilantro Chutney

This condiment is rich with digestive enzymes. Helps with digestion, reduce gas and bloating

Ingredients

1. Chopped Onions: 2 Cups
2, Fresh Cilantro leaves: 1 Cup

3. Fresh Peppermint leaves: 1 Cup
4. Serrano or Jalapeno pepper (Discard white membrane): 1
5. Fresh Garlic: 8 Cloves
6. Fresh Ginger (Peeled): 1"x1"
7. Honey: 2 teaspoons
8. Kala Namak or sea-salt: 1½  teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper: 1/2  teaspoon 
10. Juice from one large lime (about 2 Tablespoons)

 

Method

Pulverize all ingredients in an electric blender. Store in the refrigerator
