Ayurvedic Lassi (Digestive Aid) Recipe

According to Ayurveda, the live bacteria helps lubricate intestines, eliminates bad bacteria, and adds digestive enzyme. Helps reduce gas and bloating

 

Ingredients

All ingredients must be at room temperature.

1. Dahi (Yogurt with live culture and whole milk): ¼ cup

2. Chlorine-free water (Boiled tap water or bottled water): 1 cup

3. Dried ginger ground: 1/8 teaspoon

4. Ground Cumin: 1/8 teaspoon

5. Ground Coriander: 1/8 teaspoon

6. Kala Namak or Sea-salt: 1/8 teaspoon

7. Honey: 2 teaspoon

 

Method

Put all ingredients in an electric blender. Blend one minute

 

Use

Drink with meal or immediately after meal
