Lie down on your stomach, or sit up in a kneeling position as if you were praying 2 Relax your body. 3. Start contracting your abs muscles by drawing in your bellybutton towards the spine while inhaling through your nose 4. Hold in position for ten seconds. 5. Let the contraction out by releasing the bellybutton as you exhale through your mouth. 6. Repeat Step 3 through Step 5 about 20 or more times as your comfort level grows. For greater difficulty, increase the time to 'hold in position' (Step 4) |
