Weight Gain Protein Smoothie (Soy Yogurt) Recipe

 

Ingredients

1. Soft Tofu Silken: ½ Cup
2. Low fat Yogurt: 2 Cups
3. Almond Butter or Peanut Butter: ¼ Cup
4. Banana: 1 Cup

5. Frozen orange juice: ¼ Cup

6. Egg yolk: 1 (Optional)

7. Honey: 2 Tablespoons

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together in an electric blender or a food processor. Store in refrigerator. You may thin it with milk or orange juice.
