Weight gain Gajar Halwa (Carrot Pudding) Microwave Recipe


Ingredients

1. Grated Carrots packed: 3 Cups

2. Fat free Dry Milk: ½ Cup

3. Canola oil: 1 teaspoon

4. Lo fat milk: ¼ Cup

5. Sugar: ¾ Cup

6. Cardamom seeds: ¼ teaspoon

7. Sliced almonds: ½ Cup

8. Raisins: ¼ Cup

 
Method

1. Put carrots in a microwave proof dish. Cover with plastic film. Cook on high for 7 to eight minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Toss around to mix well. Cover with plastic film. Cook on high for 7 to eight minutes.

3. Transfer the contents on to a pan. Press and smooth with a spatula. Let it cool. Store in the refrigerator.
