Ingredients1. Low fat Natural Yogurt: 1 Cup 2. Low fat sour cream: ½ Cup 3. Carnation Instant Breakfast powder: 2 Tablespoons 4. Honey: 2 Tablespoons 5. Saffron strands: 3 6. Bananas: 2
Method1. Crush saffron strands and stir in the yogurt. 2. Add Sour cream, Carnation Instant Breakfast and Honey together with a fork to form a paste. 3. Peel bananas. Slice them thin about the thickness of a Silver dollar coin. 4. Stir sliced bananas in the yogurt mixture. Store in refrigerator. |
