Out of town guests at Wedding

As a rule, the out of town guests are responsible to pay for their own traveling, boarding, and attire expenses.
1. The organizer should contact a local hotel/motel and reserve a block of rooms. You may be able to negotiate a discounted price.
2. With the invitation, include the name of the motel, the phone number, room rental rate, the name under which the block of rooms is reserved.
3. Request the guests to directly call the motel to make reservations and pay the charges.
4. The event host must pay and provide the transportation between the motel and the place where the event is being held.
5. In the invitation, ask out of town guests to the brunch.
