Garam Masala General Purpose Recipe
This is a general purpose Garam Masala sold by most of the manufacturers.
As a rule, a set of 'whole spices' are individually dry roasted. The dry roasted spices are ground together. I am using powdered spices as they are readily available available in stores. Mix and sift them. Thereafter, you can dry roast them before use.
Ingredients1. Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon 4. Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon 5. Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon 6. Ground Cloves: ¾ teaspoon 7. Fennel powder: ¾ teaspoon
Yield: 4 Tablespoons
