Standard Punjabi Frying Garam Masala Recipe

Near the end of cooking, a set of sweet and warm aromatic spices are added, which may be fried or cooked in

 

This set of spices is called 'Frying'  Garam Masala. The spices are nor dry roasted to make this Garam Masala

 

- Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon

-. Ground Cloves: ½ teaspoon

-. Ground Black pepper: ¾ teaspoon

- Ground Cardamom: ¾ teaspoon

 

Yield: One Tablespoon
