Kachi Rose Lassi for 25 persons Recipe
Kachi Rose Lassi is made with Milk water rooh-afza syrup and garnished with fresh rose petals
1. Milk: 1 ½ Gallon
2. Water: 1 Quart
3. Rooh Afza syrup: 2 cup
4. Fresh Red Roses: 2
Step 1: Mix ingredients 1 through three. Taste. If you like more sweetness, add more Rooh Afza syrup. Put the mixture in empty gallon jugs. Store in refrigerator.
Note: To make this step easier, buy two one gallon jugs of milk. Remove four cups of milk from each jug and save it for some other use. Now in each container, put 2 cups of water and one cup of Rooh Afza syrup. Put the lid back on the gallon container and shake it to mix well. Taste it. If you want more syrup, there is still room to add one cup of syrup in each gallon jug.
Step 2: When ready to serve, put ice in a punch bowl. Add the mixture. Pluck the petals off the roses and let them float over the ice.
