1. Grains
Male: 10 ounces
Female: 7 Ounces
2. Vegetables
Male: 3-1/2 cups
Female: 3 Cups
Males should aim at the following variety mix per week:
Dark Green Vegetables = 3 cups weekly
Orange Vegetables = 2 1/2 cups weekly
Dry Beans & Peas = 3 1/2 cups weekly
Starchy Vegetables = 7 cups weekly
Other Vegetables = 8 1/2 cups weekly
Females should aim at the following variety mix per week:
Dark Green Vegetables = 3 cups weekly

6. Fats, Oils & Sugars
Males should aim for 8 teaspoons of oil, while females should aim at 6 teaspoons of oil per day.
