How to make curry Pizza? Guidelines

We will list some of the basics to make curry pizza

Chicken

Chicken breast gives the best outcome because it is drier than the other parts of chicken. Cut your chicken not to exceed ˝", to permit good heat absorption.

I boil chicken breast and then dice it into ˝" pieces.

Vegetables

1. Cut your vegetables very thin. This will eliminate water, making the pizza soggy.

2. Use fresh vegetables as is. If you want to sauté your vegetables, don't use water or very little water. You don't want any moisture with your vegetable, that will make pizza soggy.

Cheese

1. You can use aged Mozzarella cheese or Paneer. Mozzarella is just an aged Paneer, that melts with temperature. I use Paneer.

2. Do not use too much cheese. Excessive amount of cheese interferes with the curry flavors.

Assembling Curry Pizza

Step 1: Baste the rim of pizza crust with any oil about 1" wide. This will brown the pizza rim.

Step 2: Spread out the pizza sauce uniformly with a spatula.

Step 3: Scatter chicken or vegetables for the pizza.

Step 4: Scatter the cheese on top of the chicken and vegetables. This is an important step in making curry pizza. It accomplishes two things:

1. Minimizes cheese contact with curry sauce to keep best curry flavor.

2. If mozzarella cheese is used, the cheese hold the topping so they don't fall off when eating.

Step 5: Bake the Pizza.
