You need to preheat an oven to 450º F, pizza stones to emulate Brick or Clay Pizza ovens. 3. You can use almost any type of curry gravy, as a Pizza sauce. It has to be thick. Water in the thinner sauce will make the crust soggy. 4. You can use any left-over chicken and lamb curries for topping. Just make sure, you have minimized the moisture. 5. Vegetables should not be over-cooked. Starchy vegetables don't lend themselves for use as Pizza topping. 6. Crumbled Paneer or Chenna make excellent cheeses for the Pizza. Just like Mozzarella cheese, these cheese do not burn. If using Chenna, make sure it is well drained like Paneer to reduce moisture and prevent Pizza crust from getting soggy. |
