Planning flat breads for Indian party

Roti Chapati or Pratha are not served. The most common types of breads served are  Kulcha Naan and Poori

 

Poori are traditional on religious get-together. Naan are served on most of the parties.

Kulcha are made either plain or stuffed with onions.

Naan are made plain, stuffed with Garlic/Peppermint, stuffed with Garlic/Cilantro.

Bhatura or Loach Poori are deep fried and served in real-time.

Kulcha, Naan or plain Poori, can be wrapped in plastic film, re-wrapped in Aluminum foil and kept warm in the oven at 175º F.
