Planning appetizers for Indian parties


Most common appetizers are Samosa and Pakora. You can half-fry these items and store them in the refrigerator

The chutneys can be prepared up to three days in advance and stored in Glass Jars with tight lids in the refrigerator. Plan on 2 to 3 pieces per appetizers per guest guest, Up to three varieties of Appetizers. There is a limited trend from fried appetizers towards baked appetizer. Most common newcomers are Baked Samosa and Baked Paneer puffs. Don't confuse Paneer puffs with western style Cheese puffs. The Punjabi parties may also include Chicken kebabs, Mutton Kebabs and Seekh kebabs.
