Pan-roasted watermelon seeds Recipe

Dried watermelon seeds in-shell are roasted in pan and salted

 

Ingredients

1. Dried Watermelon seeds in shell: 1 cup

2. Salt: 1 Tablespoon

3. Water: ¼ cup

 

Method

1. Mix water and salt till salt is dissolved. Set aside

2. Place watermelon seeds in frying pan. Roast seeds on medium heat till the seeds start to turn brown, about 6 minutes

3. Add salt water to the seeds. Stir. Continue cooking on medium to high heat till all the water has evaporated

4. Turn off heat. Let it cool to room temperature
