Dry Roasted Almonds
1. Choose unsalted shelled Almonds. They may be blanched or un-blanched. 2. Preheat oven to 300ºF 3. Spread out kernels on a cookie sheet 4. Roast Almonds for about 20 minutes. 5. Sprinkle salt over the nuts while they are still hot. |
