Deep fry Roasted Cashews
Ingredients1. Cashews: 2 Cups 2. Salt: ¼ teaspoon
Method1. Use vegetable oil in the deep fryer. Heat oil to 325ºF 2. Put ½ to 1 cup of cashews in deep fry basket. Do not fill the basket more than half. 3. It will take about 10 minutes to roast. Keep an eye on the nuts. As soon as they start to change color to slight brown, remove the nuts and let them drain on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels. Continue till all the cashews are roasted 4. Sprinkle the salt over roasted cashews while they are still hot. Toss and turn to coat the nuts with salt. |
