What is the best quality Almonds?

India is the largest importer of Almonds from California. However, the best quality Almonds are grown in Kashmir. The quality of Almonds is measured by three factors

1. The thickness of the shell. Thinner the shell, better is the quality. The thin shelled Almonds are known as Kagazi Badam.

2. Number of kernels in the shell. Better quality almonds have two kernels in each shell.
