Sharmilee (Blushing bride)

Glassware: Fishbowl
Cocktail type: Frozen Blended
Garnish: Rose Petals

Ingredients

Rum (Old Monk): 1½ oz
Half n Half: 3 ounces
Orgeat: ½ oz
Rooh Afza: 1 oz
Vanilla Ice cream: 1 Scoop

Method

Fill blender jar to 4 ounce mark with ice. Add all ingredients except Ice cream. Blend for a second. You just want to see a rough Ice slush. Add Ice cream. Blend till its mixed.  Don't over blend. Pour in the Fish bowl, garnish and serve.
