Stocking Wines for Home Bar

Start with California wines with single serve bottle size

Wine drinkers are seldom satisfied with any stock. I will stock California wines available in single serve (6 oz) bottles. India does not produce any "interesting wines". Please note that red wines are served at room temperature as well as chilled. Sweet vermouth and Dry vermouth are needed as a mix.

Start-up selection

1. White zinfandel (Sutterhomes) serve chilled at 35º F
2. Merlot (Sutterhomes) serve chilled at 35º F
3. Merlot (Sutterhomes) serve at room temperature.
