Shrimp Curry in Hurry Recipe
IngredientsPrepare Shrimp1. Shrimp: 1 Pound 2. Salt: 1 Tablespoon Curry2. Canola oil: 2½ Tablespoon 4. Cayenne ground: ¼ teaspoon 5. Garlic: 1 Clove, peeled crushed 6. Ginger: 1 teaspoon, peeled finely chopped 7. Salt: ¼ teaspoon or to taste 8. Tomatoes: 1 Pound, washed chopped 9. Cilantro: ¼ Cup. Washed, pick leafs discard stems, chop 10: Lime juice: ½ teaspoon
Method Step 1: Prepare ShrimpRemove shell, and devein shrimp. Rub salt. Wait 5 minutes. Wash and pat dry with paper towel Step 2: Curry1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan 2. Add Curry powder, cayenne, salt garlic, and ginger. Sauté about one minute. 3. Add tomatoes. Sauté and bring to boiling temperature. Let it simmer about 10 minutes on medium heat. 4. Add Shrimp. Simmer about 3 to 5 minutes. 5. Shut off heat and stir lime juice and Cilantro. |
