Salmon Tuna Curry 30 minute Recipe

This recipe uses canned salmon packed in water. You can use the same recipe with water packed Tuna.

 

Ingredients

1. Salmon or Tuna can (6oz): 1 drained

2. Canola oil: 2 Tablespoons

3. Onion: ¼ cup, Peeled and finely chopped

4. Salt: ¼ teaspoon or less to taste

5. Garlic clove: 1, Peeled minced

6. Serrano: 1 or less, washed finely chopped

7.  Hurry Curry Powder: 1 teaspoon

8. Dahi Yogurt: 1 Cup

 

Method

1. In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil. Add onions, and salt. Sautee till onions start turning brown.

2. Add garlic, and Serrano. Fry for one minute.

3. Add Curry powder. Fry for 30 seconds. Turn down heat.

4. Stir in Salmon or Tuna, and Dahi yogurt. Heat till warm.

5. Turn off heat.
