Ingredients1. Red Kidney Beans cans: 2 2. Serrano: 1 3. Fresh Ginger: 1" 4. Onion: 1 Medium 5. Tomato: 1 Medium 7. Hurry Curry Powder : 1 teaspoon 8. Salt: to taste 10. Amchoor: ½ teaspoon
MethodStep 1: Food PrepRed Kidney Beans: Do not drain. Onion: Peel and chop about ¼" dices Serrano: Wash and chop. Remove seeds and white membrane to reduce heat if desired. Ginger: Peel and chop Tomato: Wash, core and chop Step 2: Sauté / Cook1. In a heavy bottom pan add Canola oil. Heat oil. Add onions and salt. Sauté till onions are clear. 2. Add remaining items. Bring to a boil. Cover pan. Cook on simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust spices. |
