Curried Lamb ribs 30 Minute Recipe

Quick and easy recipe to bake curried lamb ribs in an oven

 

Ingredients

1. Curry powder: 1 Tablespoon

2. Fine sea salt: ¼ teaspoon

3. Ground Cayenne: ¼ teaspoon

4. Fresh Ginger, Peeled Minced: 1 Table spoon

5. Minced Garlic: 1 Tablespoon

6. Sour cream: 1 cup

7. Juice of ½ Lime big

8. Lamb rib chops 1 to 1½" thick: 2 pounds

 

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients except lamb in a pan

2. Cut 3 or 4 deep gashes in each chop. Add chops to the mix

3. Pre-heat oven to 500º F

4. Line a baking pan with Aluminum foil. Arrange chops in the baking pan in a single layer.

5. Bake for 15 or longer to suit your taste

6. Turn off over. Remove from oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes before service
