Paalak Paneer (Spinach and Ricotta Cheese) Curry in Hurry

Fresh ginger is the key to happiness in this recipe.

 

Ingredients

1. Hurry Cheese : 1 Cup

2. Fresh ginger: ½" finely chopped

3. Thawed chopped spinach: 1 Cup

4. Canola Oil: ¼ Cup
5. Hurry Curry Powder : 1 teaspoon
6. Salt: to taste
7. Water: 2 Tablespoons

 

Method

Step 1: Sauté / Cook

1. In a heavy pan heat Canola oil, and heat oil.
2. Add remaining all ingredients except water. Stir and and sauté at high till almost all the water is gone about 3 minutes. 

Step 2: Simmer / Rest

Add water. Simmer covered about 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Let it rest about 5 minutes.
