Instant Rice Pudding (Kheer) 30 minute recipeMade with Instant or Minute rice milk cream and sugar
IngredientsBasic Pudding1. Instant / Minute Rice: ½ Cup 2. Whole Milk: 1 Cup 3. Heavy Whipping cream: ¾ Cup 4. Granulated Sugar: 2 Tablespoon 5. Ground Cardamom: ¼ teaspoon 6. Salt: ¼ teaspoon 7. Golden Raisins: 2 Tablespoons Thickener8. Milk: ¼ cup 9. Corn starch: 1 teaspoon
MethodStep 1 Basic Pudding1. Combine items 1 through 6. Bring to a boil. 2. Turn down heat. Simmer 6 minutes stirring frequently 3. Stir in the raisins Step 2 ThickenerPrepare a slurry of Milk and corn starch. Pour in to mixture slowly stirring on low to medium heat. Cook to desired consistency.
Store in refrigerator. Serve chilled. |
