Instant Rice Pilaf 30 minute recipeMade with Instant or Minute rice saffron baby peas
IngredientsPrep Saffron1. Saffron 4 strands 2. Water for Saffron: ¼ cup water Base Broth3. Canola oil: 2 Tablespoons 5. Salt: ¼ teaspoon 6. Water: 2 Cups 7. Bay leaf: 1 Main Dish8. Thawed peas: ½ cups 9. Instant / Minute Rice: 1 cups
MethodStep 1 Saffron waterHeat ¼ cup water near 130ºF. Soak saffron strands and set aside. You may warm the water in microwave oven for 20 seconds.
Step 2 Base Broth1. Add Cooking oil to the pan. Start heat. When oil is hot, add onions, and salt. Sauté till onions start turning brown. 2. Add water, bay leaf and Saffron water. Bring it to a boil Step 5 Main dish1. Add peas. Bring to a boil. Shut off heat 2. Add rice. Coven the pan. Wait 5 minutes |
