Hurry Curry PowderThere are two types of spices in Indian Cuisine. The 'Savory Spices' are added at the beginning of making a curry. The 'Sweet Aromatic Spices' are added near the end of cooking to accentuate aroma. For 'Curry in a Hurry', we plan to finish cooking in less than 20 to 30 minutes. Therefore, we have formulated the 'Hurry Curry Powder' to include both the savory and the aromatic spices.
