Chicken Shami Kebab 30 minute recipeMade with ground chicken readily available in US stores Shami kebab is normally made with ground mutton. Most of the Indians don't eat beef. So, I have developed this recipe using ground chicken
Ingredients1. Ground Chicken: 1 Pounds 7. Hurry Curry powder : 1½ teaspoon 8. Black Pepper Ground: ¼ teaspoon or to taste 10. Bread Crumbs: ½ Cup 11. Canola oil: ¼ Cup for frying
MethodStep 1: Mash Chickpeas with a fork. Mix all ingredients together. Knead them like dough. Step 3: On a heavy griddle, pour about 1 teaspoon of oil. Heat it to medium. Fry each patty about 3 minutes each side. |
