MethodStep 1: Vegetable PrepOnions: Peel and chop. The chop should be about ¼" thick. It has to be visible in the curry Cilantro: Wash and Chop Serrano: Wash and chop Step 2: Prepare EggsIn a bowl, beat eggs. If you want the eggs to be soft texture, stir in one tablespoon of heavy whipping cream. Stir in Chopped Cilantro. Step 3: Sauté / Cook1. In a heavy pan heat cooking oil. Add onions, salt. Sauté till onions are clear. It may take 3 to 5 minutes. 3. Pour Eggs with Cilantro. Toss around with a turner till the eggs are cooked, about three minutes |
