Mix Potatoes, Milk, salt, Serrano, Curry powder together in a bowl 3. Bring water to a boil. 4. Pour water over the mix. Stir. Let stand for five minutes. 2. Cut the potatoes into quarters Step 2: Form Patties.1. Beat eggs and stir into the potato mixture 3. Make Potato patty about the size of a hamburger (3 to 4") round and ¼ to ½" thick. 4. Coat the potato patties with bread crumbs Step 3: CookIn a heavy bottom pan, add oil. when oil is hot, fry patties till brown. Turn over and fry again till both sides are brown |
