Ingredients1. Hurry Frozen Potatoes : 1 Cup 2. Sweet Bell Pepper: 1 8. Amchoor: to taste
MethodStep 1: Prepare vegetables1. Bell Pepper: Wash. Remove stem. Cut in to half. Remove all seeds and white membranes. Cut into about ¼ to ½" wide long strips 2. Onions: Peel and chop. The chop should be about ¼" thick. It has to be visible in the curry Step 2: Sauté / Cook1. In a heavy pan heat cooking oil. Add onions, salt and red rushed pepper. Sauté till onions are clear. It will take about 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Add curry powder and Amchoor. Stir and sauté about one minute. Step 3: Simmer / RestAdd water. Cover and cook about five minutes. |
