Potato Green-Peas and Cheese 30 minute recipe

This recipe uses pre-prepared items such as frozen potatoes frozen cheese tomato sauce and curry powder

Aloo Mattar and Paneer.

 

Ingredients

1. Hurry Frozen Potatoes : 1 Cup

2. Hurry Frozen Cheese : ˝ Cup

3. Frozen Baby Peas: ˝ box
4. Canola Oil: 2 Tablespoon
5. Hurry Curry Powder : 1˝ teaspoon
6. Salt: to taste
7. Dry Red crushed peppers: to taste

8. Hurry Tomato sauce : 1 Cup
9. Water: ˝ Cup

 

Method

Step 1: Prepare vegetables

1. Baby Peas: Thaw and drain.

You don't need to thaw potatoes.

Step 2: Sauté / Cook

1. In a heavy pan heat Canola oil. Add Frozen Potatoes, sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add Hurry Cheese, Hurry Curry powder, Hurry Tomato sauce, salt and red peppers. Stir and sauté at medium about 5 minutes.

3. Add Peas, and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer covered about 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Let it rest about 5 minutes.
