Railway Mutton CurryAt every Railway Station, and on long run trains, Mutton Curry was served with rice, bread, and butter. The Indian Railway staff ate the same curry with rice, or Roti packed by their wives for the journey. The Mutton curry was a mild Rogan Josh with coconut vinegar. The vinegar extended the shelf life of the mutton curry for the long hauls. The long hauls may last up to 3 days and nights. |
