Hells Flame Chutney Recipe

This is an old Anglo-Indian condiment, also known as Devil Chutney, and Hells fire

The names may lead one to assume that it is very hot chutney, it is not. The name refers to its bright red color.

Ingredients

1. Onions chopped: 2 Cups

2. Red chili peppers: 2

3. Sugar: 2 teaspoon

4. Salt: Pinch (1/8 teaspoon)

5. Vinegar: 2 Tablespoon

Method

Grind all the ingredients together with a mortar and pestle, electric blender or a food processor.
