Brown Rice Cake Healthy RecipeMade with puffed brown rice, almonds, flaxseed oil, honey, marshmallows, dried fruits
IngredientsDry Mix1. Puffed brown rice: 6 cups Wet Mixture1. Flax seed oil: 3 Tablespoons
MethodStep 1: Dry MixPre heat oven to 425º F. In a non stick cookie pan, mix puffed rice and Step 2: Wet mixtureIn a glass bowl mix marshmallows, honey and oil. Microwave at hi for 90 seconds. Mix well. If needed microwave again for about 30 seconds. Step 3: Set and CutAs soon as the marshmallows are melted, pour Wet mixture over Dry Mix. Wet your hands and combine all together and press down evenly in the pan. You can also use spatula. When cool, with a sharp knife cut it into squares. |
